On Wednesday, August 18th, YASS, JJPL, and SPLC held an outreach event for our Campaign to Change School Security. Although the second half of the day which was scheduled to be outside Kids Foot Locker on Canal St was rained out, we reached many community members in the parking lot of Soul Train Fashions on Chef Menteur Hwy.
